We'll discuss your history, the "vicious cycle" you've been facing, your dietary requirements and what your short, medium and long-term goals are. I'll also explain a little bit about how I plan to help you. This short session will help us both decide if we're a good match.

    Once we decide to move forward, we select the level of support that fits your lifestyle. Whether you need the convenience of a fully remote programme or the deep accountability of in-person sessions, we'll map out a plan that feels sustainable and clear.

    The 12-Week Immersion

    Our partnership is remote-first for maximum flexibility, with the option for in-person catch-ups depending on your chosen level of support. These sessions allow us to review your progress, analyse your metabolic data, and troubleshoot any mental, emotional, or physical hurdles. You also have *unlimited WhatsApp support—because I know that 'food noise' doesn't just happen during our scheduled sessions.

    By the end of the 12 weeks, the goal is for your health to no longer feel like a chore. You'll have the biological data (and the energy levels) to prove that the dawn has arrived. You leave with the tools to maintain your inner peace for a lifetime. Should you need continued support after we finish, we can discuss a plan that keeps your momentum strong.

My mentoring programmes start from £695 and scale depending on whether you require a fully remote, hybrid, or intensive in-person partnership. This investment covers far more than just weekly chats; it includes the tracking of lifestyle metrics for a data-led approach to your health. THE "DATA-LED" DIFFERENCE We don’t guess; we measure what matters to you. While we can look at everything from macronutrients and ketones to electrolyte balance and body composition, the level of tracking we use depends entirely on how deep you want to go. For some, a high-definition picture of their metabolism provides the clarity they've always missed. For others, a simpler approach is what’s needed to find peace. When the scale fluctuates, we use the data we have to stay calm and informed. Whether we’re looking at a shift in water retention or a simple tweak in your protein intake, we use these insights to make the journey feel natural, not clinical. You might wonder why I don't offer one-off sessions or shorter plans to start. It's because I've lived the "quick-fix" lie myself. True biological repair and a genuine shift in your relationship with food takes time. I am committed to your long-term success, not a short-term number on a scale.

Does it end at 12 weeks?

The initial programme is designed to give you the foundation and freedom to stand on your own. However, if you feel you'd benefit from continued support, we can, of course, cross that bridge when we come to it. Once the initial 12 weeks are complete, we can discuss moving to a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc basis to keep your momentum strong.
